When can I cancel or reschedule my detailing appointment?
You can cancel or reschedule your detailing appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without incurring any fees. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. What are the payment terms for detailing services?
Payment for our detailing services is due at the time of service completion, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards. No deposit is required upfront for standard bookings. For larger or custom packages, a deposit may be requested, which will be communicated during the booking process.
What is the process if I am not satisfied with the detailing service?
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include a re-detailing of the affected areas or a partial refund, at our discretion.
